A dream come true...
Jaure Winery is located 40 km away from Mendoza City. Built in 1928, the
original winery had a 7,900,000 liter producing capacity which was
drastically reduced to 1,400,000 liters of outstanding quality fine
wine production.

Its solid structure enable Mr. Jacinto Jaure to
remodel it in order to adjust to the modern concept of wine growing.
Cutting edge technology was incorporated to produce high quality
wine. Remodeling involved all of the winery building, including
small rubblework fermenting pools, which allowed a better control
of the wine making processes.

The most amazing part of the remodeling progression was that the giant
subterranean pools, which were once used to produce mass quantity
wines were now converted into underground caves. This is now the
winery’s main attraction.
The wine cellar was then fitted with large, cool and silent cavas,
where Jaure Winery´s quality wines are aged in oak barrels.
