   Our winemaker defines each lot and personally inspects every procedure of the wine making process in order to get a single superior blend with unique depth and complexity.

   Jaure Family Winery winemaking techniques include the gentle treatment of the fruit in small bin fermentation lots, three-daily hand punch down of caps, and modest bladder pressing. Additionally, depth and complexity are added through newer rack and return tank techniques.

   Our winemaker Jorge Rodriguez was recognized with the highest honor of the year by becoming Argentina’s Winemaker of the year for 2002.
